Stables

Boarding is provided in box stalls in a heated barn. Air quality in the winter is controlled by mixing outside air and recirculated air to keep humidity and pollutants low. Stalls are matted and bedded with sawdust.

Feed is carefully balanced for protein and vitamin content. All horses receive Equishine supplement daily. Beet pulp, rice bran, and other additions to feed are added as necessary to maintain weight and condition. We make our own protein balanced hay.

Farriers: Gary Achenbach is the farm farrier. Horses are held for appointments at no additional charge. All other farriers are welcome, but arrangements are the responsibility of the boarder.

Trainers: We have trainers available and offer frequent clinics and educational events. Other trainers are welcome as long as they carry liability insurance and provide certification of insurance.

Arenas and Trails: We have a heated seventy-five by one hundred and sixty foot indoor arena. A forty by eighty meter outdoor dressage arena is available during the growing season. The farm has on site trails and neighborhood trail access.

Hours: The stable is open 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Sunday.
